As you can imagine, not getting the proper amount of calcium can be bad for the human body. But at the same time, eating too many dairy products is bad for you due to high fat content. This leads many people to take calcium supplements on a daily basis. This way you can get the proper amount of calcium without having to worry about harming your body in any other way.

All in all, there is a lot that you should know about calcium. But most importantly, you need to get the proper amount every day. This will help to keep your body healthy.
